Pistache French Bistro Bringing European Flavors to West Palm Beach

Pistache French Bistro in West Palm Beach has announced upcoming themed events highlighting French favorites and European culinary destinations.

Here’s a look:

Bouillabaisse Night

On July 29, Pistache Chef de Cuisine Mike Burgio’s Provencal Fish Stew celebrates the flavors of the Mediterranean, including  local Monk Fish, Clams, Mussels, Shrimp, Saffron Seafood Broth, Rouille Crostini.

$38 per person + tax + gratuity. Substitute Monk Fish for one-half Lobster.

For that evening, Chef Burgio will also offer these ala carte French classics: Torchon de Foie Gras; Soup Au Pistou; Panise; Provencal Pasta with Shredded Lamb Shank.

Moroccan Night

Celebrate the flavors of Morocco on Aug. 12 with a curated menu that reflects the culinary uniqueness of this region.

Appetizers:

Beef Kofta with mint salad 

Roasted Aubergine with Harissa Yogurt, Pomegranate, Mint, Sumac

Main Courses:

Chicken Tagine with Olives and Prerserved Lemon Couscous

Chermoula Rubbed Mahi Mahi with a trio of Moroccan Vegetable Salads
