The Ben, Autograph Collection, in West Palm Beach has launched a new menu at its signature dining experience, Proper Grit. This menu marks the first culinary installment fully conceptualized under the hotel’s new executive chef, Jesse Pita.
The menu brings together gastropub favorites, prepared and elevated with unique flavor combinations and textures. The menu includes braised short rib with cheesy grits, baby zucchini and crispy onion; sliders of Philly cheesesteak, shrimp and slaw, and chicken and chile verde.
The new, all-day menu is available from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Breakfast is also served from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. Monday through Friday, with weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Proper Grit’s all-day Happy Hour features evolving drink specials available each day of the week.
