For a memorable Mother’s Day in the Fort Lauderdale area, don’t miss Chef Lenore Nolan Ryan’s new restaurant – Grapes Wine Cafe and Market – on the Galt Ocean Mile.
Grapes features wine-centric dishes to complement the curated boutique wine list, along with vintage china, silver cutlery, and linen napkins inside the restaurant and outside at an umbrella-covered table.
On Mother’s Day, each diner will receive a copy of an inspirational piece of writing, that will be printed on linen paper, and will be suitable for framing. One of Chef Lenore’s mother’s favorite pieces, that was popularized by the late Audrey Hepburn, was written by the late Sam Levenson, a popular American humorist and writer:
“For attractive lips, speak words of kindness. For lovely eyes, seek out the good in people. For a slim figure, share your food with the hungry. For beautiful hair, let a child run his/her fingers through it once a day. For poise, walk with the knowledge that you never walk alone. People, even more than things, have to be restored, renewed, revived, reclaimed, and redeemed; never throw out anyone. Remember, if you ever need a helping hand, you will find one at the end of each of your arms. As you grow older, you will discover that you have two hands; one for helping yourself, one for helping others.”mothersday, #grapeswinecafeandmarket, #cheflenorenolanryan, #fortlauderdale, #fortlauderdalerestaurants, #
