Hard work and perseverance does indeed pay off. Case in point is the management and staff at III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens, Fl.
This week the staff at III Forks received a $2,500 “big tip” given to two restaurants across the country each week as part of Certified Angus Beef’s RestaurantChallenge. Each III Forks staff member was presented with a $100 gift card.
“We’re honored to win this incredible award. It’s been a very tough year and I’m proud of how my staff and our customers rallied through it,” said Tommy Nevill, proprietor and general manager of III Forks. “Providing the best service to the community is our main focus.”
The social media campaign spurred consumers to use the hashtag #RestaurantChallenge on Instagram and Facebook when posting their dining experiences. Each post entered them into a drawing for one of many $100 gift cards being awarded each week. By tagging the restaurant where they’re dining, they also enter that restaurant’s staff into a drawing for one of the $2,500 prizes that will be shared among the team.
“Restaurants play such an important role in our society,” said Deanna Walenciak, Certified Angus Beef vice president of marketing. “They’re places where we celebrate some of the most important moments of our lives. We encourage everyone to go out and support their favorite restaurants, and please use the hashtag, so they can win and can continue to go back out and support these wonderful places.”
