Easter Offerings in Palm Beach County

Easter in Palm Beach County is fast approaching. Here’s a look at three of my favorite PBC destinations for brunch, dinner or just because.

Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa is hosting a breakfast and brunch buffet at signature restaurant, 3800 Ocean.

The resort’s breakfast starts at 7 a.m. and features a hot and cold attended buffet, and selection of smoked seafood and assorted breads and pastries. There also will be the classics such as stuffed French toast, buttermilk pancakes, and traditional eggs Benedict at the hot buffet. Made-to-order omelets and Belgian waffles are also available. Breakfast is available until 10 a.m., and is $35 per adult and $16 for children age 11 and younger.

The attended brunch kicks off at noon (until 8 p.m.) with a raw bar station and mini hot and cold appetizers. A variety of salads will available, as well as a carving station featuring a roast prime rib, spiral sugar-cured ham, and turkey breast with pan gravy and cranberry-pear compote. The hot buffet will offer grilled salmon and a selection of seasonal vegetables.

Easter dinner at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa’s signature Angle restaurant will feature a three-course “Eau Neighbors’’ menu that includes entrée choices of Filet Mignon, Sea Bass, Briardale Farm Chicken and Tomahawk Steak (for two).

Angle also will serve its regular menu that includes and outstanding Seafood Tower, Rack of Lamb and Bison Short Ribs.

III Forks Prime Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens will have a Sunday brunch ($49 per person) featuring Filet Mignon Benedict; 10 oz. New York strip and two eggs; shrimp and grits; vegetarian steak & eggs; and Lobster Tail Benedict with Hollandaise sauce, poached eggs, asparagus, and fingerling potatoes.

Guests also can tip back a spicy Bloody Mary cocktail or sparkling mimosa along with complimentary scones, Danish, and biscotti.

In addition, guests can also select from the Easter à la carte menu, such as charred cauliflower steak; Atlantic salmon with tarragon chimichurri sauce; cold water lobster tail and a 32 oz. Tomahawk ribeye.

Easter hours are 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. Brunch offerings and the à la carte menu will be available from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. A regular menu will be available after 3 p.m. Children’s holiday brunch menu ($18) features bespoke pancakes, sausage, and scrambled eggs.
