Popular South Florida Chef Lenore Nolan Ryan is launching Grapes Wine Cafe and Market in Fort Lauderdale with new dinner menu of wine-based dishes to complement her curated boutique wine list. She also is re-launching Bubbles & Brunch on Sundays.
The official opening, of Grapes Wine Cafe and Market will be Jan. 29, 2021, with complimentary Champagne and hors d’oeuvres from 4:00 p.m.- 5:30 p.m., along with a ribbon-cutting ceremony. Dinner will be served – reservations are required – at two seatings at 6:00 at 8:00 p.m., that evening.
“My new venture grew organically, from my love of cooking and entertaining. I missed cooking, for my friends and clients, so I decided to launch Grapes Wine Cafe and Market,’’ Ryan said. “This is a warm and welcoming place, where I can offer all of my favorite recipes – paired with some fabulous wines – in an inviting, relaxed, and safe spot.’’
Happy Hour will run from 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., Tuesday – Saturday, and feature half-price glasses of wine and bottles of wine from a select menu. Additionally, diners can opt for a select glass of wine and one of three flatbreads for $15. Flatbreads include goat cheese, caramelized onions, and thyme; tomato, basil, and mozzarella; and pepperoni, marinara, and mozzarella.
Dinner entrees will include Ligurian pasta with pancetta, olives, tomatoes, olive oil, and white wine; butter-basted steak with cognac and red wine peppercorn sauce; grilled salmon with spinach, white wine, and tomatoes; white wine chicken with heirloom mushrooms; red wine and blue cheese lamb hache with tobacco onions; red wine spaghetti with garlic and Parmesan; and Mediterranean cod with tomatoes, olives, and red wine.
Bubbles & Brunch will debut on Feb. 14, 2021 and will be served each Sunday from 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
