Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, a Forbes Five-Star oceanfront property, has named Neall Bailey as Executive Chef.
A native of Vancouver, Canada, Bailey has worked in a number of Five-Star properties around the world, including the Willard in Washington, DC, where he was executive chef, and the Hotel Eden au Lac in Switzerland. Bailey earned a certificate in culinary arts from Vancouver Community College, along with his Canadian Red Seal as a journeyman cook from the Canadian Ministry of Labor. He is a certified Executive Chef with the American Culinary Federation and holds a Level 2 certification from the Wine & Spirit Education Trust.
Bailey has worked with some of the world’s more highly acclaimed chefs, including the three-star Michelin Chef, Antoine Westermann; Robert Sulatycky; and Joachim Splichal of Patina Group.
Most recently Chef Bailey was working in the capacity of executive chef at the Bay Colony Beach Club in Naples, FL.
Bailey has already started the process of updating menus and introducing new items in time for the start of the Winter season at each of the resort’s dining outlets: Temple Orange; Breeze Ocean Kitchen; Angle; Stir Bar & Terrace; and in-room dining.
