Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa, the Forbes Five-Star oceanfront resort in Palm Beach County’s trendy town of Manalapan, has unveiled its re-designed ballrooms and meetings spaces, which together encompass more than 30,000 square feet of indoor space on two levels in the resort’s north tower.
“The rejuvenated group spaces provide us with an opportunity to expand our event capabilities with current partners, tapping into a new level of flexibility and improved flow between rooms, while engaging new audiences with our more modern approach,’’ said Michael Oakes, the resort’s director of sales and marketing.
The Grand Ballroom, Ocean Ballroom and Plaza Ballroom each feature custom carpeting, modern wall sconces, sophisticated furnishings, and a neutral color palette with accents of silvery blues and greens – a nod to Eau’s namesake and the resort’s oceanfront location.
The corridor features marble flooring, while new modern seating creates additional areas for guests to congregate throughout. The grand staircase leading to the lower level meeting spaces features new wall coverings, along with a handmade mosaic design.
“While we’ve just unveiled the new renovations, we’ve already seen a strong response from the Palm Beach community and are excited about new business opportunities as groups continue to learn about our updated space,’’ Oakes said. “Meeting and event planners like venues that are unique, have a distinct personality, and offer a memorable experience – while offering a blank canvas for their vision. Our group of Forbes Five–Star hoteliers, along with our newly re-imagined space will meet every expectation of our planners and guests.
“With our new renovations targeting the ballroom and meeting spaces, we hope to prove an equally exciting group travel destination.’’
