Grilling is a staple of the Fourth of July holiday, but for those who prefer not to get their hands dirty, here are a couple of good Palm Beach County options.
The Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill near downtown West Palm Beach will be grilling out on the lawn all weekend long for the official 4th of July Weekend Backyard BBQ. Beer specials will run throughout the weekend, kicking off with Magic Hat Brewing Co. bucket specials on Friday night (July 1) and live music featuring singer/songwriter Chase Stites on Sunday.
Don’t forget about the meat specials:
– Saturday – Sunday: Spit Roasted, Suckling Pig & Assorted Skewered Sausages, Potatoes, and Roasted Corn.
-Friday – Tuesday: Smoked, South Carolina BBQ Glazed Baby Back Ribs with Pickled Watermelon & Cornbread Croutons.
The recently-opened Butcher Shop Beer Garden & Grill is a neighborhood restaurant concept that blends three concepts: a retail butcher shop, a German style beer garden and a full-service eatery. Customers can dine in and get Eastern European inspired dishes and locally brewed and imported beers or purchase and take home fresh cuts of meat to cook for their family.
A bit farther north – at PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens – The Cooper, a terrific farm-to-table restaurant, will offer classic cocktails, desserts, and comfort food-inspired classics.
