Radisson Hotel Panama City Beach Opens in Northwest Florida

Radisson has opened the Radisson Hotel Panama City Beach – Oceanfront on the white-sandy shores of the Gulf of Mexico. A 25-minute drive from Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP), the hotel has 139 guest rooms and suites.

Whirlpool rooms, top-floor suites, penthouse whirlpool rooms, and penthouse two-bedroom suites are among the wide array of lodging options.

Attached to the hotel is Barefoot Hide-A-Way restaurant, with indoor and outdoor seating and a menu of American cuisine and seafood dishes.

“We’re thrilled to open this beautiful oceanfront hotel in Panama City Beach,” said Aly El-Bassuni, chief operating officer, Radisson Hotel Group Americas. “Bringing a Radisson hotel to the Emerald Coast, a popular getaway destination, is an exciting step for the brand. This hotel exemplifies everything a vacation should include from luxury, to relaxation, and of course some adventure.”

Directly outside the hotel is the Bay Town Trolley Transit System, which guests can use to access nearby attractions, such as Gulf World Marine Park and Shipwreck Island Waterpark.

Less than a quarter of a mile away, Gulf World Marine Park provides an interactive experience whereby guests can feed stingrays, swim with dolphins, and even watch penguins perform a trick or two. Shipwreck Island Waterpark features a zip line, lazy river and a 500,000-gallon wave pool.
