Take a lunch break with a little southern exposure at 1000 NORTH in Jupiter, Fl. The waterfront destination now offers lunch five days a week with some outstanding menu items.
TFor example, Southern BLT Melt is a cross between a BLT and grilled cheese sandwich and features smoked bacon and pimento cheese on brioche toast. And don’t miss the Creole Hot Crab Dip. It’s served with OLD BAY pub chips.
1000 NORTH’s handhelds include the Fried Oyster Po Boy with buttermilk marinated oysters on a toasted bun with crisp iceberg lettuce and basil. The creamy garlic, jalapeño remoulade gives it a real Louisiana kick. And yes, the truffle salt fries are on the lunch menu.
The Steamed Mussels come bathed in a tomato broth of andouille butter, celery, and garlic, with grilled ciabatta for swirling and dipping.
The Fried Chicken Salad features crispy tenders on a market greens with avocado, blue cheese, and a soft-boiled egg, accentuated with a spicy buttermilk dressing.
Lunch at 1000 NORTH is available Wednesday through Saturday, from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., and 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Sunday. The weekend lunch menus include additional brunch items. Dinner service begins daily at 5 p.m.
