Pistache is a classic Parisian eatery with a Mediterranean twist, offering casual French fare in a sophisticated, upbeat ambience. The eatery offers views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Centennial Park to guests dining al fresco on the covered patio. The newly re-imagined interior has an inviting feel, instilled with plush red leather banquettes, traditional brass detailing and oversized antique mirrors, all reminiscent of the Art Nouveau movement that defined early 20th century Parisian dining establishments.
This year Pistache launched Bistro P, a restaurant-within-the-restaurant focused on bistronomie, a French culinary art focused on simplicity and the best traditions of French cooking.
