The Confidante Miami Beach is among the South Beach glam hotels taking Covid-19 safety guidelines seriously. But the property also is having some fun within the guidelines.
For example, each guest receives a locally made, art-inspired coconut scented hand sanitizer upon check-in, by Miami-based artist Rigo Leon Herrera. Custom-made face masks by the hotel’s local artist partners, Aquarela Sabol, Carlos Solano, Rigo Leon and Luis Valle, are available for guest purchase. Those are the same masks worn by hotel employees.
Ahead of its recent re-opening, the team at The Confidante spent weeks preparing all spaces and staff members on new CDC and local and state policies and procedures, including daily temperature checks and use of PPE gear.
The Confidante is offering packages that deliver added value and perks for its drive market, along with a new pet-friendly partnership, pop up celebration experiences for guests to celebrate missed milestones, and virtual fitness classes.
Enhanced in-room cleanliness standards include a 21-point Inspection by trained housekeeping supervisors and disinfection of all hard and soft surfaces prior to check-in. The Confidante also has disinfected pool and beach chairs, tables and chairs and surrounding spaces between each use.
Vibrant signage posted throughout the hotel reminds guests of safety protocols and expectations, as well as proper respiratory etiquette and ways to properly wash hands.
The Confidante’s Park & Stay Package begins $169 per night and includes free overnight valet for one vehicle during the duration of the stay, $50 resort credit (one per stay) that can be used towards food, drinks and poolside cabana rentals.
Guests also receive a late check-out based on availability and can bring along pets, as the hotel is waiving all pet fees for eligible pets.
The Florida & Georgia Residents Staycation Package starts at $149 per night.
