Coolinary Café in PB Gardens debuts “Pig in a Pickle” sandwich shop pop up

As many Palm Beach County restaurants transition services, Coolinary Café in Palm Beach Gardens, is debuting the new ‘Pig in a Pickle’ sandwich shop pop up today March 20. While dine-in is currently suspended, the sandwich shop will offer curbside takeout Monday-Saturday from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Cool Pig fans see the return of many lunch favorites and “Coolinary Classics,’’such as the ‘OG’ chicken sandwich on the menu.


“Our team came together and brainstormed ideas focusing on what the public needs most, besides safety, of course. Given the amount of people working from home, kids out of school and the general public participating in social distancing, a sandwich shop really just felt right. A good sandwich always makes me smile, and we need more of that right now,” said Coolinary Café Chef/Owner Tim Lipman. “What’s more, it gave us the opportunity to create an additional shift (lunch) to spread out the staff.”
