Ultra-luxury resort One&Only Palmilla in Los Cabos, Mexico, will host Canadian Golf Champion and Silver Medalist, Lindsay Knowlton for a five-night “Iron Golfer” Retreat. The Retreat, April 1-6, will take place on the famed Jack Nicklaus-designed Palmilla Golf Course.
Opened in 1992, Palmilla was Nicklaus’ first signature course built in Latin America. It’s a 27-hole layout consisting of three nines: Arroyo, Mountain and Ocean.
Knowlton, a former All America golfer at Ohio State University,; has dedicated her time and influence to empowering players to own their place on the course. Through her “Iron Lady Golf” Retreats, a team of coaches with experience in the sports, business and entertainment worlds are brought together to utilize golf as a tool for breaking down barriers, networking, confidence and team building.
At the 2020 Retreat, golfers will be guided through focused skill sets each day, including putting, chipping, pitching, irons, hybrids/woods and drivers. Daily golf rounds include real-time tips and feedback to fine-tune their game, both on and off the course, and swing analysis.
The “Iron Golfer” Retreat includes a five-night stay to indulge in authentic Mexican culture and luxury offerings from the iconic Los Cabos’ resort. Guests also will receive daily breakfast, two exclusively curated group dinners and a welcome cocktail reception. At their leisure, guests will have the opportunity to explore the resort and experience ancient healing remedies at the One&Only Spa, take advantage of complimentary watersports and enjoy the resort’s private beach.
