Brett Briseno named Director of Sales and Marketing for Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection in Austin

Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection, the highly-anticipated historic landmark soon to be reintroduced as an intimate retreat in the heart of Austin, Texas, has appointed Brett Briseno as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Briseno joins Commodore Perry Estate following 15 years at leading hotels in Texas. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales and Marketing at W Austin Hotel & Residences. Previously, he held sales and marketing leadership positions at prominent hotels and resorts, including W Dallas – Victory Hotel & Residences and W Minneapolis – The Foshay & Le Meridien Chambers.

A sixth-generation Texas native, Briseno was born and raised in San Antonio and graduated from Texas A&M University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a Master of Science in Sports Management.

The local character of Commodore Perry Estate will introduce something entirely new and modern to the city and I can’t wait to welcome guests and members this spring.”

Opening in April 2020, Commodore Perry Estate, Auberge Resorts Collection is a historic architectural landmark, whose amenities include will Lutie’s – the signature garden restaurant – , an oval swimming pool, an 1,800-square-foot fitness center, 3,000-square-feet of outdoor event space, expansive formal gardens and an organic urban farm.

Located in the central neighborhood of Hancock Park, Commodore Perry Estate sits on 10 private acres. It was built in the Jazz Age (1928) and will feature signature imaginative décor from award-winning designer and creative director Ken Fulk.
