The Current at Baha Mar presenting Bahamian Artist Lynn Parotti at SCOPE during Miami Art Week

For the first time, The Current at Baha Mar will be presenting at SCOPE during Miami Art Week and Art Basel, Dec. 3-8. The Current – the gallery and art center at the new Baha Mar resort in The Bahamas – is introducing Lynn Parotti and her art to this year’s SCOPE exhibition. Parotti is a London-based Bahamian artist known for her visceral oil paintings responding to the physical and psychological landscape and often addressing the intersection of the natural environment and human experience.


The Current at Baha Mar features the largest collection (more than 2,500 pieces) of Bahamian art. It’s the creative epicenter for Bahamian artists offerings guided art tours, lectures, exhibitions, artist residency programs, a retail shop, as well as daily workshops and art classes for guests of all ages.
