Bourbon education Oct. 17 at The Cooper in Palm Beach Gardens

You had me at “bourbon.’’ Whiskey maven, Tennette Shumaker will guide guests on the best ways to pick, sip, and mix the amber spirit on Oct. 17 at The Cooper in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla. The event, which begins at 6:30 p.m., also will feature Executive Chef Adam Brown’s special menu that will bring all of bourbon’s caramel, toasty oak, and cinnamon flavors to life.
