What’s better than Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa’s Fourth Annual Craft Beer and Burger Bash?
An entire Barley and Hops weekend of craft brews, burgers and other culinary offering from the resort’s restaurants.
The weekend will begin Sept. 20 at 6:30 with a five-course Brewmasters’ Dinner at Angle restaurants featuring Barrel of Monks craft beers. Barrel of Monks is a Boca Raton-based brewery that specializes in Belgian-inspired beers. The dinner is limited to 50 guests and are $95 per person.
The Beer and Burger Bash at Breeze’s Kitchen on Sept. 21 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. will once again have local brewmasters teaming with resort chefs in a best burger/pairing competition.
The breweries competing are: Saltwater Brewery; Due South Brewing Co; Copperpoint Brewing Co; Tequesta Brewing Co; Matthews Brewing Co; and NOBO Brewing Co.
In addition, Oceana Coffee will have a booth, as well as the new Drive Shack entertainment center in West Palm Beach. There also will be a French Fry booth that will offer various condiments.
Tickets for the Sept. 21 event are limited to 150 guests and are $75 per person.
.A portion of all proceeds will be donated directly to support Hurricane Dorian relief efforts.
“We don’t want it to be too big,’’ said Bryan Long, the resort’s assistant food and beverage manager and Cicerone. “This size allows guests to meet and have conversations with the brewers.’’
The Sunday Brunch at Temple Terrace restaurant is a la carte.
The resort is offering a Barley and Hops two-night weekend package that the Brewmaster’s Dinner, Craft Beer & Burger Day entry, VIP guided tour of local breweries and a $50 one-time resort credit per person.
