Each of the three Titou Hospitality restaurants in Palm Beach County have earned the prestigious Award of Excellence in Wine Spectator’s 2019 Restaurant Awards. The Award of Excellence honors restaurants with a well-chosen assortment of wines from quality producers. This is The Regional’s second award, and the first awards for Pistache and PB Catch.

These awards demonstrate our entire team’s commitment to providing guests with a wine selection that aligns with the creative culinary menus our brilliant chefs have created.”
The Regional’s wine list features 270 selections that complement 2018/2019 James Beard semifinalist Chef Lindsay Autry’s Southern menu incorporating fresh Florida seafood and locally grown produce. Pistache features 160 selections – primarily from Burgundy, Champagne, California and other top French wine regions – to pair with Chef Isaac Cerny’s traditional French specialties. PB Catch has 150 selections to accompany Chef Aaron Black’s sustainable seafood and vegan menu.
Wine Spectator began its program to recognize the world’s best wine lists in 1981. The restaurant awards recognize wine lists with interesting selections that are appropriate to the restaurant’s cuisine and appeal to a wide range of wine lovers.
