The West Palm Beach Marriott has named Sven Lindemann as its new Executive Chef. Lindemann will oversee the Marriott’s signature restaurant, Bistro Ten Zero One, along with the hotel’s in-house banquet and catering services.
Lindemann comes to Bistro from the Fort Lauderdale Harbor Beach Marriott Resort & Spa where he worked as the Executive Sous Chef with Executive Chef Adrienne Grenier. Lindemann oversaw the sous chefs from all of the restaurants within the resort including 3030 Ocean Restaurant & Bar, Sea Level Restaurant and Ocean Bar and Riva.
Lindemann is committed to using ingredients that are fresh and local. In fact he has already replanted Bistro’s onsite garden with fresh herbs and produce including peppers, citrus and bananas.
Expect to see changes in the menu in the upcoming weeks – on each of the the catering and restaurant menus. For now, you can get a taste of chef’s dishes on the rotating prix-fixe summer three-course tasting menu (that changes every Sunday) for $27 per person.
