National Rosé Day is June 8. Here’s a primer on South Florida’s best Rosé-tailored events and offerings, as well as refreshing Frosé cocktails to enjoy this summer.
Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club (Miami Beach)
Known for its extensive and unique Rosé collection, Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club takes National Rose Day to the next level. Throughout the month of June, Cadillac is launching various Rosé-focused programs open to hotel guests and locals alike:
From 12 pm-6 pm on June 9, there will be complimentary Rosé sampling and a limited-time Rosé BBQ menu at Bungalow by the Sea – the hotel’s outdoor coastal chic restaurant – that will feature a number of special dishes, including Lobster Tacos, Stuffed Roasted Bell Peppers, and House-Made Rose Sangria.
The June Drink of the Month will be the house-made Rosé sangria available in all of the hotel’s outlets.
Until June 30, a bottle of UP rosé will be specially discounted at $35 or $10 for a glass
During Happy Hour in each hotel outlet, a glass of Pink Flamingo will be a discounted price of $5

Lobby Bar Happy Hour (2-5 pm), daily
Open to hotel guests: every Wednesday night at 7pm, there will be a Rosé wine pairing class for $22 at the Italian Donna Mare Bar — a perfect opportunity take advantage of the hotel’s extensive Rosé collection. Lite bites will be provided as well.
Terra Mare (Fort Lauderdale Beach)
With scenic ocean views, Terra Mare at the Conrad Hotel will offer a variety of flat and sparkling rosés, served by the glass and bottle. , Visit between 4 pm and 7 pm for the restaurant’s happy hour – where glasses of rosé are available for only $8.
Fi’lia Brickell (Miami)
American Social (Multiple Locations)
Fitting with the restaurant’s elevated sports bar atmosphere, American Social will be offering a rosé day special featuring wine by NBA legend Dwyane Wade’s label 3 by Wade. All day long, guests can get a glass of the iconic Miami hero’s California Rosé at just $8 per glass.
Swan’s “The Weekend Warrior” is a perfect rosé cocktail for groups. Offered during the Miami Design District hotspot’s weekend brunch every Saturday and Sunday, The Weekend Warrior is made with Rosé Wine, Tromba Anejo Tequila, Wtrmln Wtr, Raspberry, Blackberry and Honey, served in a pitcher for all to enjoy. Swan opened in partnership with hospitality mogul David Grutman and Pharrell in fall 2018 and has quickly turned into a celebrity hotspot.
ADDiKT at W Miami
Extending National Rosé Day to all month long, ADDiKT at W Miami will be celebrating Ladies Night every Thursday of June between 5 pm and 6 pm with a free glass of Rosé.
The Backyard at The Confidante (Miami Beach)
The Confidante Miami Beach offers a full Backyard menu featuring a selection of rosé all day choices. All for $10, guests can choose from Frozé, Double Pink Frozé, Rosé-Rita, Jimmy & Rosé and Rosé wines including Pink Flamingo Rosé or Chateau Minuty “M” Rosé (by the glass or pitcher)

Frosé All Day
A twist to your normal rosé, “Frosé All Day” is offered as a regular cocktail on WATR’s menu, Frosé All Day is made with Rosé Wine, Skyy Vodka, Peach, Lillet Rouge and Fresh Citrus. For $16, you can refresh yourself poolside, on the rooftop of WATR soaking in some of the best views in Miami.
Pisco y Nazca (Kendall)
No Way Frosé
The “No Way Frosé”, only available at Pisco y Nazca Kendall, is made with Rosé, Cathead Honeysuckle Vodka, St. Elder liqueur, and lemon juice. The cool pink drink is available for only $9.
Bungalow by the Sea at Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club (Miami Beach)
Available at Bungalow by the Sea, the Cadillac Hotel & Beach Club’s coastal chic restaurant, the Pink Flamingo Rosé is made with Pink Flamingo Rosé, Absolut Vodka, Strawberries, and syrup.
Skybar at Shore Club (South Beach)
The Frozita is made with Volcan Silver Tequila and the lounge’s signature Rosé wine. It’s available at Skybar, located within the iconic Shore Club South Beach. Priced at $15, with the option of upgrading to a pitcher for $75.
Delano Beach Club (South Beach)
Steps from Miami Beach’s ocean, Delano Beach Club, Delano South Beach’s designated pool area, features a signature South Beach sip – Frosé. Made with Absolut Vodka and Fleur de Prairie Rosé, this refreshing frozen drink is priced at $19 and is perfectly complemented with an array of bites offered poolside.
