Okeechobee Steakhouse partnering with Garrison Brothers for June 19 bourbon pairing dinner

Okeechobee Steakhouse in West Palm Beach is teaming up with Garrison Brothers Bourbon from Hye, Texas for a pairing dinner on June 19 in the Okeechobee Steakhouse Event Hall. Tickets are $150 per person. For more information or to purchase a ticket, call 561.507.5113.


Distillery owner Dan Garrison will join Okeechobee Steakhouse’s Ralph Lewis (nobody does bourbon pairings better) to kick off the evening with a “Meat” & Greet at the new Okeechobee Prime Meat Market, located across the street from the steakhouse, before the multi-course dinner featuring the steakhouse’s signature cuts along with Garrison’s Cowboy Bourbon, Single Barrel, Small Batch, and Okeechobee Steakhouse Hand Selected Barrel.

The menu includes:

Beef Roulade
USDA Prime Striploin stuffed with Carrots, Zucchini and Squash with Bourbon Glazed Carrot Puree, and Black Coffee Bourbon BBQ sauce

Grilled Long Island Duck Breast
Charred Jumbo Asparagus, Smoked Sea Salt and a Bourbon Raspberry Reduction

Crisp Smoked Porkbelly
Bourbon Southern Glaze Butter, Topped with a Sweet Potato Nest

Charred Spinalis
Smoked Tomato Puree, Red Bliss Mashed, and Maytag Bleu Cheese Chive Butter

Warm Granny Smith Apple Bread Pudding
Pan Caramel Bourbon Sauce, Garrison Brothers Bourbon Chantilly
