Summer is arriving early at Brulé Bistro in Delray Beach. Maine lobster rolls and Lobster Benedict will be featured weekends as menu specials.
Friday lunch features Maine lobster salad with tarragon aioli, stuffed into house-made, buttered, brioche buns and French fries. Saturday and Sunday brunches feature Lobster Benedict topped with poached eggs, avocado, bacon and house-made Bernaise sauce on a fried-green tomato. It pairs well with a Bloody Mary.
Located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach’s Pineapple Grove neighborhood, Brulé is a Mediterranean American eatery led by second-generation Chef Suzanne Perrotto. Brulé’s open kitchen produces seasonal and sustainable dishes, as well as pastas, breads and ice cream.
