There are more than a handful of reasons to give The Cooper a high-five, but here’s a good one: The PGA Commons restaurant is celebrating five years of bringing farm-to-table cuisine to diners by offering $5 anniversary specials.
Guests can make the milestone at the Palm Beach Gardens eatery May 21 through May 31 with “Give Me 5! specials.’’ During the 10-day celebration, guests get appetizers and wine for $5 at happy hour. Every item on the kids’ menu is also just $5.
The Cooper’s new signature cocktail to benefit Loggerhead Marinelife Center (LMC). “Vitamin Sea” ($13) honors LMC’s commitment to sea turtle health and ocean conservation, with $5 from the purchase of every cocktail going to the nonprofit. The new Vitamin Sea cocktail will be available through World Ocean Day on June 8.
On Tuesday, May 21 and Friday, May 31, The Cooper will celebrate with a pig roast and live music on the patio from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests can Enjoy the pig roast for $25, or order from the regular menu. On each night, for every $50 guests spend at the restaurant, $5 will go to Loggerhead Marlinelife Center and the patron will receive a card for $5 off their next visit to The Cooper.
“Customer loyalty is the biggest reason we are celebrating five years, because there are a number of talented chefs and exceptional restaurants in South Florida,” said Executive Chef Adam Brown. “Being able to satisfy and surprise our customers with new flavors and combinations, pushes me to keep devising new recipes.”
