Pistache French Bistro in West Palm Beach is hosting a series of special seasonal events, including the Pistache Cinema series, A Night in Havana and the return of Raclette Night.
Once a month during June, July and August, Pistache will roll a food-centric movie in the private dining room paired with specials inspired by or shown in the movie. Reservations are required for 7:30 and 7:45 p.m. seatings, and the movie will begin at 8 p.m. While not confirmed just yet, diners can expect movies to the tune of Paris Can Wait, Julie & Julia, Chef, Chocolat and more. Movie dates are May 21, June18 and July 23.
The “A Night in…” series continues with “A Night in Havana’’ on May 24, featuring live music from Grupo la Klave from 7-10 p.m. along with classic Cuban cuisine by Chef Isaac Cerny. Mojito specials will be available, as well.
On May 15, Raclette Night returns with several old-fashioned Raclette stations positioned throughout the restaurant for an interactive tableside all-you-can-cheese dining experience. Guests will be presented with unlimited amounts of melted Raclette scraped tableside and poured over choice of three traditional French menu items including:
Savoyarde (Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Cornichons, Pickled Pearl Onions)
Suisse (Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Cornichons, Pickled Pearl Onions, Prosciutto di Parma, Jambon de Paris, Saucisson Sec, Arugula)
Mediterranée (Grilled Broccolini, Zucchini, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula)
In addition, Pistache is offering ongoing weekly specials including:
Moules Monday with all-you-can-eat mussels with the purchase of any entrée
Daily happy hour featuring 2 apps for $20 and 2-4-1 drink specials from 4:30-6:30 p.m.
Buy One, Get One entrée every Sunday-Thursday from 5:30-6:30 p.m. starting June 2
