Time Out Market will open May 9 at 8 a.m. – showcasing the city’s most culinary talents and serving “Miami on a Plate.’’
Time Out Market Miami’s lineup will include James Beard Award-winning Chef Norman Van Aken, who will introduce his pizza concept Beach Pie. Chef Miguel Massens will take a residency in the demonstration kitchen. Other chefs and restaurateurs to join Time Out Market Miami include Jeremy Ford, Antonio Bachour, Giorgio Rapicavoli, and Suzy Batlle of Azucar.
Located just off South Beach’s Lincoln Road, at 1601 Drexel Avenue, Time Out Market Miami will be spread across 18,000 square feet and feature 18 eateries, a demo kitchen and three bars.
The market will be open daily from 11 a.m. with some restaurants serving from 8 a.m. coffee, juices and breakfast items to start the day; It will close Sunday to Thursday at 11 p.m., and midnight on Friday and Saturday.
