Passover-friendly dishes in South Florida

Looking for a “kosher” option to all of those Easter brunches? Here are some  Passover-friendly dishes at many of these top SoFla restaurants.

Boulud Sud (Miami)


Dish: Moroccan Shakshouka
Description: Executive Chef Clark Bowen, of Michelin Star chef Daniel Boulud’s Mediterranean concept, is making the restaurant’s signature brunch dish – the Moroccan Shakshouka. For the week of Passover, the dish — a blend of manouri cheese, kale and slow-poached eggs — will swap out the side of bread for matzah upon request.

Dish: Healthy Go Bowl: Chicken Makhani, Cauliflower rice, cilantro

Plant-based sushi options at Planta include nigiri with Ahi Watermelon, Celeriac, BBQ “Unagi, and Mushroom, and Maki Rolls such as the Volcano Roll – cucumber, avocado, baked “crab,” and spicy mayo; and Spicy Tuna – ahi watermelon, scallion, spicy mayo, and sesame “masago.”

Dish: Lamb Chops
