Farmer’s Table, Boca Raton’s largest health-focused dining and education destination, is preparing an Easter Sunday feast with two ways to enjoy: make a reservation for April 21 and receive signature Easter menu additions; or get a brunch buffet (groups of eight or more only).
Led by Chef Michael Schenk, the Farmer’s Table culinary team will prepare an assortment of traditional holiday dishes, including vegan and gluten-free options.
Farmer’s Table’s traditional brunch menu will include the Farmer’s Uber Breakfast (Carved Roasted Rib Eye, Spätzle Brussels Sprouts Hash, Sunny Side Up Egg, Horseradish Hollandaise), Multigrain Blueberry Pancakes (Housemade Almond Ricotta and Blueberry Sauce), and the New England Lobster Roll (Fresh Maine Lobster Salad, Shaved Celery, Split Top Toasted Brioche Bun).
For groups of eight or more, the buffet brunch experience will feature an Artisan Bakery Basket followed by Chef Michael’s specialties, including a Garden Greens Salad Station, Omelettes Made-to-Order, Almond Milk Challah French Toast, Chicken Florentine Casserole and Seasonal Florida Fruit Bounty.
Each dish at at Farmer’s Table are scratch-made and center on fresh, whole ingredients devoid of excess salt, fat or toxins, with no cream, butter, deep fryer or microwave on the premises. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Farmer’s Table offers a variety of dining experiences, including private events, catering and meal preparation via Farmer’s Table Express, an extension of the restaurant featuring ready-to-eat signature menu items packaged in cryovac bags.
