Prosecco Café in PGA Commons going green on St. Paddy’s Day

Prosecco Café, one of my favorite North Palm Beach County restaurants, on March 17 will offer a special St. Paddy’s Day menu, covering brunch, lunch, and dinner, for adults and kids.

Guests can get dishes such as house made Corned Beef Hash served with two eggs – any style, a side of fruit, and rye toast. Or, the holiday’s infamous Guinness Shepherd’s Pie, stuffed with beef, carrots, peas, and mushrooms in Guinness demi-glace, topped with cheddar mashed potatoes, and a side salad.

Afterward, sip on a splash of stout with the Irie Irish Martini, mixing in Irish cream and whiskey, vanilla gelato, nutmeg, and a touch of Guinness. Continue with the Shamrock Mojito, including Irish whiskey, Midori melon liqueur, citrus juice, and fresh muddled lime and mint. For a sweet treat, finish with Lowill’s Guinness cupcakes.

Prosecco Café, located in PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens will be open 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., on March 17.
