50 Ocean restaurant in Delray Beach is adding a fifth member to its band of well-known South Florida chefs for the Aug. 16 “Bubble and The Beatles’’ pairing dinner with luxury wine producer Moët & Chandon.
Now, chocolatier Tyler Levitetz, the main behind 5150 Chocolate, a soon-to-open, “bean-to-bar” chocolate factory in Delray Beach, will add his made-from-scratch chocolates to desserts designed the the culinary “Fab Four.”
50 Ocean’s Executive Chef Thomas Op’t Holt will be joined by Chef Blake Malatesta, formerly of M.I.A., Chef David Schroeder from Brick & Barrel Gastro Pub and Chef Adam Brown of The Cooper to create a five-course menu for the evening.
Bubbles and The Beatles is $165 per person, which does not include tax and gratuity. Dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. and seating is limited.
