Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar to host Rosé Wine Dinner on Aug. 23

Harvest Seasonal Grill & Wine Bar in Delray Beach will host its second annual Rosé Wine Dinner on Aug. 23.

The Five-Course Dinner, to be held in at 6:30 pm in a private dining room, will pair local seasonal ingredients with Rosé Wines from around the world for $59 per person.

Here’ s a look at the menu (diners with alternative dietary preferences):

First Course: Cucumber & Melon Carpaccio charred sweet corn, radish, pickled dragon bean, whipped beat root chévre, mint oil, fleur de sel
Paired with M. Chapoutier, “Belleruche”, Côtes du Rhône, France

Second Course: Orange Blossom Tea Poached Lobster Tail lobster bisque, parsley oil, bread gnocchi, micro celery
Vegetarian option: Orange Blossom Tea Smoked Tofu heirloom tomato gazpacho, parsley oil, bread gnocchi, micro celery

Third Course: Wood-Grilled Pork Tenderloin lima bean succotash, jalapeño-peach salsa, fresno pepper beurre rouge, crispy fried chicken skin
