New Managing Partners at Ouzo Bay in Boca Raton

Atlas Restaurant Group has made a management change at its Ouzo Bay restaurant in Boca Raton’s Mizner Park.

Hospitality veterans Laura Huron and Brian Bagley have been named Managing Partners of the its Mediterranean-themed restaurant. Huron and Bagley have key positions for 23 years and eight years, respectively, with Dennis Max and Mizner Park’s Max’s Grille.

“It’s the dawn of a new era for East Boca Raton and the Palm Beach County restaurant scene with Mizner Park and Downtown Boca Raton undergoing a hospitality renaissance,” said Eric Smith, co-founder of Atlas Restaurant Group. “Older, veteran brands are on their way out. The rise of the independent restaurateur and modernized menus is seeing many tenured individuals who have worked under celebrated market leaders now seeking to break out on their own to deliver something new to the active dining customers of Palm Beach County. Ouzo Bay features interiors fashioned mostly from genuine white marble walls, high ceilings, dramatic social dining and private glass and curtain enclosed seating areas, indoor/outdoor bars, signature blue uplighting, a private cigar, pool room and lounge, exterior waterfall installations and a live, weekly entertainment lineup. Serving a rotating selection of fresh fish flown in daily from around the world alongside high-quality cuts of lamb, beef and organic chicken, the menu is complemented by a bar program including hand-crafted cocktails, small batch whiskeys and a wine list featuring Greek wines.
