The Cooper, Buffalo Trace teaming for July 19 bourbon dinner

Another reason why The Cooper is one of my favorite North Palm Beach County restaurants: On July 19, The Cooper will host, “SIMPLY SOUTHERN: A stroll through Kentucky,” featuring Buffalo Trace bourbon.

The evening will feature fried chicken with hot sauce honey, bourbon-glazed pork tenderloin, and jalapeño cornbread, all paired with smooth, amber libations.

The bourbon pairing dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. Tickets are $79 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, so call (561) 622-0032 to reserve space.
