Here’s a summer dynamic duo: Hilton West Palm Beach and Delray Beach’s Death or Glory are teaming up for a boozy and Caribbean-imbued dinner on June 18.
Inspired by his travels in the Caribbean Sea and a passion for bold regional flavors and local-sourced ingredients, Hilton West Palm Beach Executive Chef Miguel Santiago will be cooking up a five-course meal featuring Caribbean lobster and rabbit balanced with Death or Glory’s creative rum-focused, Tiki-inspired cocktails.

Death or Glory is located in the historic Falcon House, which was originally built in 1925. Its name was derived from the battle cry motto of the Queen’s Royal Lancers and made popular in the 1979 song “Death or Glory” by The Clash.
