Tanzy restaurant in Boca Raton’s trendy Mizner Park has unveiled a new dessert menu featuring original creations by Executive Pastry Chef James Roselle. http://www.tanzyrestaurant.com/

Here’s a look at Roselle’s new Italian-inspired dessert creations to the menu, a number of which are served from Tanzy’s dessert cart:


  • Floatanette lime meringue, blackberry sorbet, shaved Italian lemon ice, lemon cream, caramel tuile
  • Coffee and Doughnuts vanilla-dusted doughnuts, mocha mousse, chocolate feuilletine, frozen coffee pebbles, coffee caramel
  • Italian Butter Cake warm Italian butter cake, apricot glaze, blood orange cream, vanilla-scented citrus segments, honeycomb
  • Red Infiniti Cake raspberry red velvet cake, raspberry buttercream, farmers market raspberries, raspberry sauce, whipped cream
