MIA Kitchen + Bar in Delray Beach – one of the top new restaurants in South Florida – will host its first Easter dining experience on April 1.
Executive chef and co-owner Blake Malatesta will serve an “Easter in the Burbs” menu with traditional brunch classics with a twist, including crab benny, deviled eggs, and honey stung quail. Guests also can get tableside cocktails from the Signature Bloody Mary Cart. Meat and sea lovers will like MIA’s ginger soy braised pot roast, tuna taijen, and lamb rack with mushroom strudel, herb-goat cheese fondue and a red wine reduction.
Pastries will include Meemom’s Dessert, a cold brew and chocolate tart, orange marmalade, and sweet ricotta topped with chocolate cream. So good you may want to kiss the pastry chef.
Easter brunch hours are 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Regular dinner menu will also be available.
