Easter meals in North Palm Beach, Fla., are plentiful at PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens. Here’s a closer look:
The buffet-style brunch at Spoto’s Oyster Bar will include fresh seafood offerings such as chilled mussels diablo and Asian honey salmon. Breakfast lovers can have hollandaise-drizzled eggs Benedict, cinnamon French toast, and made-to-order omelets. A carved pit ham with pineapple glaze graces the carving station, along with roast beef. Raw clams and oysters will also be available for purchase.
Spoto’s Easter brunch buffet is $39.95 per person, excluding beverage, tax, and tip. Children age 12 and younger can dine for $14.95. Brunch will be served from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.; no lunch menu will be offered. Spoto’s is also featuring Easter dinner specials from 3:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
Vic & Angelo’s will feature bottomless Bloody Marys and mimosas), as well as a breakfast buffet that will feature a design-your-own omelet station, French toast, bacon, and hash browns. For lunch options, guests can have Italian classics such as chicken penne, mini meatballs, mussels fra diavolo, and assorted sweets.
The brunch buffet at Vic & Angelo’s is $45 for adults, and $17 for children age 12 and younger. Brunch hours are from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Prosecco Café will have the Easter Bunny delivering Easter eggs to kids and posing for photos. While the kids cozy up to the guest of honor, parents can raise a glass or two of bottomless Bloody Marys. Brunch specials include buttermilk waffles served with vanilla bean gelato, and the Brisket Beni’ (my favorite), a hearty brisket hash, topped with poached eggs and a Dijon hollandaise.
Brunch will be served from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The Bunny will visit with the kids between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
The Cooper has unveiled a new brunch menu that includes “South of the Border” Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail and Sweet Chili Pork Belly Lettuce Wraps. Brunch is served from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Rocco’s Tacos is featuring H – a sizzling skillet that comes filled with sunny side up eggs on a bed of black beans and cheese, with your choice of meat, and of course, guacamole made tableside.
