On Easter Sunday, April 1, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek, in Coconut Creek, Fla., is offering holiday feasts at each of its four of its popular dining venues. Here’s a look:
The property’s fine dining restaurant will have brunch and dinner menus. The brunch (priced at $85 per person) will be served from 10:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. and will include a fresh seafood station, salad and soup station, pancake station, eggs and omelet station, chef-attended carving station, tasting selections, a desserts, crepes and bananas foster station as well as a mimosas and bloody Mary bar. The dinner (served from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.) will include such items as chilled Maine lobster, a one-pound Caribbean lobster tail and herb-crusted Colorado lamb loin. Reservations are recommended for brunch and dinner.
This terrific Italian eatery will offer Easter specials a la carte and a prix fixe menu for $85 per person from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. The menu will include seared sea scallop, cannellini bean soup or burrata salad, lamb tenderloin or branzino, and limoncello cheesecake or chocolate semifreddo for dessert.
Seminole Casino Coconut Creek’s elevated variety dining experience will serve an Easter brunch from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. ($42 per person; $17 for children 10 and under). It includes endless mimosas as well as sparkling wine and house wine and one pound of crab legs. Among the chef-inspired holiday favorites include snow crab legs, smoked salmon and bagels, beef brisket, smoked pork loin, seared swordfish, peanut butter chocolate chip-stuffed French toast, crab cake eggs Benedict, as well as a wide variety of desserts and pastries.
Open from 6:30 a.m. to 11 p.m., this New York-style delicatessen will offer such Easter specials as spring shrimp salad, pork osso bucco and mahi-mahi with watermelon salsa.
