Grant Lessard has been named director of Well & Being Spa, a 44,000 square-foot resort spa at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. He is also a member of the resort’s Executive Committee.
Lessard joins the Fairmont Scottsdale with 30 years of experience in spa management. In this new role Lessard will oversee daily spa operations, working with the resort management team to provide a seamless guest experience while implementing marketing strategies and promotional activities that boosts membership among locals. Lessard will also work with the Well & Being brand team to integrate regular menu and programming updates that evolve with wellness trends. As the spa director, Lessard will be responsible for providing hands-on employee training, drawing upon his tactical background in clinical massage therapy to energize and empower staff.
Most recently Lessard served as the director of spa, fitness and retail at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Spa Botanico in Puerto Rico.
