A brief roundup of dining options for Valentine’s Day

Still looking for a romantic dining destination for Valentine’s Day? Here’s a roundup of some great eateries:

The Parched Pig

The popular watering hole in Palm Beach Gardens is offering a special deal for two that includes two of champagne and half-a-dozen oysters for $20. The offer is valid only on Feb. 14 beginning at 4 p.m.

Baciami

Developed by the father/son team of Steve Pellegrino, Sr., and Steve Pellegrino, Jr., the Boynton Beach, Italian restaurant will offer a Valentine’s Day menu that includes appetizers such as Frutti di Mare, Stuffed Mushrooms, Grilled Octopus, and entrees such as Grilled Jumbo Scallops, Grilled Branzino and Filet Mignon Pizzaiola. Desserts will include Anthony’s Tiramisu, Cheesecake, Chocolate Mousee Cake, and Frutti di Bosco. This one-day only Valentine’s menu is priced at $65/person.

Prime Tuscany Steakhouse

Formerly Prime in Delray Beach is serving a one-day only menu for Valentine’s Day ($75 per person) that includes Maryland Style Crab Cakes, Jumbo Shrimp and Prime’s Lump Crab Cocktail, and Steak Tartare. Entrees include Fresh Herb-Rubbed Roasted Rabbit, Prime 8oz Filet, Prime 22oz Cowboy Ribeye and Veal Saltimbocca.

Tideline Ocean Resort

The Palm Beach Resort’s restaurant in now led by Executive chef Joe Bonavita, Jr., one of the area’s best-known chefs.

On Valentine’s Day, Bonavita will showcase a five-course, chef-driven wine pairing menu with supplemental entrées.  The cost is $130 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Optional wine pairing is available for $75 per person. Valet parking is complimentary.
