The newly re-designed Galley at Hilton West Palm Beach is among the eateries that will host a Super Bowl party on Feb. 4.
The Galley’s bar menu will include fully loaded nachos, gourmet cheesesteaks, chicken wings and domestic beer buckets.
“We take pride in offering a great dining experience for our guests and football fans,” said John Parkinson, general manager of Hilton West Palm Beach. “We’re continually sourcing new and creative ways to enhance the game-day experience, from all-American chicken wings to designing the most tender cheeseburger you’ve ever tasted.”
Reservations are highly recommended. A regular dinner menu will also be available. Galley’s bar hours are 4 p.m.-12 a.m. and restaurant hours are 5 p.m.-10 p.m.
Hosting your own party? Here’s a recipe for the Galley’s “Game Day’’ Sangria that serves eight glasses:
3 tablespoons demerara sugar
1.5 oz. Calvados
1.5 oz. Apple Pucker
2 oz. peach schnapps
½ bottle Pinot Grigio
½ bottle Riesling
2 oz. white grape juice
2 oz. orange juice
1 sliced orange
1 sliced apple
1 sliced lemon
1 sliced lime
Combine all ingredients in a pitcher and let sit for two hours. Place fruit on the bottom of the glass and top with ice. Add sangria, and finish with soda water. Garnish with sliced fresh fruit.
