Say “Cheese” at Pistache French Bistro in West Palm Beach

It’s no secret that the French are known for their love of cheese. With that in mind, Pistache French Bistro in West Palm Beach on Jan. 31 will celebrate cheesy goodness in the form of Raclette – with unlimited amounts of melted Raclette poured over three French traditional menu items. Several stations will be positioned throughout the restaurant.

Appetizers will include:

·  Savoyarde (Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Cornichons, Pickled Pearl Onions)

Entrées will include:

·   Suisse (Roasted Fingerling Potatoes, Conrnichons, Pickled Pearl Onions, Prosciutto di Parma, Jambon de Paris, Saucisson Sec, Arugula)

·  Mediterranée (Grilled Broccolini, Zucchini, Roasted Cherry Tomatoes, Arugula)

Located on Clematis Street, Pistache French Bistro is known for its classic Parisian cuisine with a Mediterranean twist, served in a casual-while-sophisticated ambience reminiscent of Paris during the Art Nouveau movement of the early 20th twentieth century.

Several stations will be positioned throughout the restaurant.
