Here’s a great way to begin 2018. Silver Oak Cellars and The Regional Kitchen & Public House in West Palm Beach are partnering to present an exclusive wine dinner on Jan. 10. The event will feature a reception and four-course meal. Pairings will include dishes from Chef Lindsay Autry’s kitchen and hand-picked selections of Silver Oak wines.
The event, which is limited to 60 people, will hosted by winemaker Nate Weis.
Guests will begin the evening with a set of butler-passed hors d’oeuvres. Once seated, the first course brings Pan Roasted Black Bass to the table which is paired with 2015 Twomey Cellars Russian River Pinot Noir. Following is a serving of Autry’s Trofie Pasta, complete with house sausage and Venus clams, as well as a glass of 2013 Twomey Cellars Napa Valley Merlot.
The third course will be Grilled Spinalis of Beef and a taste of 2013 Silver Oak Winery Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
The night caps off with a combination of Jasper Hill Clothbound Cheddar with winter fruit and 2012 Silver Oak Winery Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon.
Reservations are required at a cost of $175 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
