PB Catch has long been one of Palm Beach’s best (and more popular) seafood restaurants. Now PB Catch has reimagined itself just in time for the Winter season. Beginning tonight, guests can a ready-to-cook, daily selection of whole fish inside the popular eatery.
The changes come in response to PB Catch’s clientele’s search for more fresh catch options with simple preparation. Guests now the opportunity to pick out just what they want for dinner that day. Local freshly-caught whole fish selections will be available for customizing including yellowtail snapper, hogfish, Thai snapper, rosefish, sheepshead, rouge, and tautog. Others include the Dover Sole, branzino and black cod. Items will be sold at every day market price.
For those looking to keep it traditional with menu favorites, many of the same signature items that guests have come to know over the restaurant’s five-year history will still be featured. These include tuna, seabass and cioppino.
In addition to its fresh entrées, PB CATCH is known for its seacuterie. Inspired by the popular item charcuterie, the “Food-On-A-Board” experience is all things fishy with choices such as Cured White Tuna, Salmon Pastrami, House-Smoked Fish Dip, Smoked Mussel Piperade, Jalapeño Cured Hiramasa, Scallop Mortadella, and Octopus Torchon.
