Every year on the third Thursday of November, a new batch of Beaujolais, a special French wine, is released for public consumption. This is known as the premier – or ‘first harvest’. Pistache French Bistro in West Palm Beach will be celebrating Beaujolais Nouveau with a traditional pouring of some of the most exciting Beaujolais of the 2017 harvest, including wines from the infamous Georges DuBoeuf.
The event will take place Nov. 16 from 5:30 pm to 12 am at the popular Clematis Street eatery. This day will also mark the launch of PISTACHE’s fall menu.
