Spoto’s Oyster Bar at PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., has unveiled Executive Chef Dan Bair’s three-course prix fixe ($35) dinner menu, infused with seafood and fresh, sustainable ingredients from local South Florida farms.
The menu includes appetizers such as mini fish tacos with cilantro lime slaw and mango corn salsa; and grilled octopus with Parmesan whipped potatoes and chorizo aioli; and a lobster brie bite with balsamic greens and mango corn salsa.
Entrees include herb goat cheese-crusted salmon with golden beet vinaigrette, creamy polenta, and fresh steamed broccoli; Key West pink shrimp saltimbocca, a masterpiece of prosciutto-wrapped shrimp, lemon sage butter, mashed potatoes, and fresh steamed broccoli; and sirloin grilled peach salad with pecans, raisins, tomato, onion, blue cheese, bacon, and rich balsamic vinaigrette.
For desserts, guests can select from an arrangement of house-baked desserts in a jar, with a choice of chocolate cake, carrot cake, or chocolate swirl cheesecake.
Spoto’s prix fixe dinner menu is good through September 2017.
