Pistache French Bistro in West Palm Beach on July 14 will pay homage to its home country during a three-day celebration of the French National Day: Bastille Day.
This year’s special menu includes small plate options of Escargots de Bourgogne en Meurette; Ris de Veau; Salade Lyonnaise; French entrée picks are Rougié Duck Breast; Steak Frites; Bouillabaisse; Desserts will include Floating Island and the ever-popular Pistache Crème Brulée.
The designated menu will be offered on Friday and Saturday while Sunday will bring champagne specials and a wide variety of brunch favorites to the table.
Entertainment will consist of strolling performers on Friday (performing three sets between 6:30 and 9 p.m.) and the Annie Royer Quartet on Saturday at 7 p.m.
