The Cooper, the popular, farm-to-table eatery at PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., has unveiled its Summer Menu Series from Executive Chef Adam Brown. The Summer Menu Series is available through Aug. 31.

Sunday and Monday Wine Lover’s Night features two consecutive days with half-priced bottles of wine at the indoor and outdoor bars, at tables throughout the restaurant, and on the outdoor patios. Available all day from open to close.
Two-Course Tuesday. Guests receive their choices of a complimentary salad or dessert with the purchase of an entrée for $23 or more. Available all day from open to close.
Wednesday is all-day happy hour, including wine, beer, and craft cocktails. Available all day from open to close.
Thursday is The Cooper’s clambake, featuring langoustines, littleneck clams, Blue Bay mussels, andouille sausage, Florida sweet corn, Red Bliss potatoes, and Twisted Trunk shellfish broth. Wash it down with a fine selection of wines, cocktails, and $4 draught beers.
