Sea-to-table eatery Spoto’s Oyster Bar in PGA Commons in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., will host “Taste of America’’, an interactive wine dinner, on June 29 at 6:30 p.m. Executive Chef Dan Bair created a five-course, gastronomic feast to complement the distinctive characteristics of each wine’s region and grape variety.
“Every wine has a unique story to share,” Bair said. “The exciting part is balancing the intricate flavors with the right ingredients, like pairing salty pork belly with a rich pinot noir or fresh shrimp with a crisp rosé.”
The event’s special guest speaker will be Gordon Sullivan, Luxury Wine Brands Manager from Southern Wine & Spirits. Mr. Sullivan will discuss the featured vineyards, terroir history, and winemaking traditions.
It should be a great event. The cost is $75 per person, not including tax and gratuity. Reservations are required.
